1. A Radiant 19-Day Journey

As the 19 radiant days of the exhibition “80 Years of the Journey Toward Independence – Freedom – Happiness” come to a close, we at Zeit look back on a chapter filled with pride and honor. This was never just a creative or production project; it was a responsibility to history, to national heritage, and to the values that shaped the Vietnam we know today.

In only 20 days of construction and operation, more than 3,000 members of the Zeit team worked tirelessly to create 44,000 square meters of experiential space, welcoming over 10 million visitors. Every step taken by each visitor was a reminder of why we persevered through sleepless nights, endless meetings, and challenges that at times felt impossible.

The greatest challenge did not lie in the scale or speed of the project, but in something deeper: how to transform historical values, often perceived as distant or academic, into immersive, approachable, and interactive experiences. How to design a space where anyone, regardless of age or background, could feel as though they were stepping into the living stream of Vietnam’s history, becoming part of the story each exhibition zone sought to tell.

2. Three Zones – Three Narratives – One Unified Vietnamese Spirit

The Zone “95 years of the Party flag lighting the way”

Inspired by the spiral structure of the ancient Cổ Loa Citadel, an emblem of continuous movement, resilience, and internal unity, Zeit shaped this space as a journey through layered historical memories. Visitors move through the origins of the revolutionary movement to the major transformations of the nation under the Party’s leadership, as though walking through time itself.

The People’s Public Security Zone “For National Security, For the Happiness of the People”

This zone honors 80 years of dedication, sacrifice, and growth of the People’s Public Security Force. Through imagery, soundscapes, artifacts, and emotional storytelling, Zeit brought to life the message “Silent Sacrifice – Safeguarding Peace.” The space portrayed the force’s pivotal role in national security, public order, and the protection of everyday peace for citizens.

The VinFast Zone “The Fierce Spirit of Vietnam”

Rooted in the aspiration to elevate Vietnamese intelligence and innovation onto the global stage, Zeit designed the VinFast zone as a declaration of internal strength, pioneering spirit, and national pride. From multisensory experiences to curated displays, the entire space amplified a shared belief in a confident, forward-looking Vietnam ready to make its mark in global technology.

Though each zone carried its own narrative, they all intertwined within one overarching spirit: national pride, hope for the future, and gratitude toward the values that built our country.

We believe that when something is built with respect and gratitude for the past, present, and future, it carries a soul of its own. And it is that very soul that allows an exhibition not only to impress visually, but to truly touch the hearts of its visitors.
